there is only one guarantee, one last legion of belief we can hold on to that allows us to surrender to the mysterious ride of Life we all take while here: death. meals, friendships, homes, books, poems, songs, albums, love-making, chocolate bars, rich conversations, daylight, star-sky, thunderstorms, anger, feeling, experience, moments, seasons, circumstances, Life, these all come to an end. they all die. there is death everywhere: in me, in u, in-with-thru us all. and isn’t that the sweetness of Life, this ethereal ending that awaits everything, everyone, everywhere, thru all time.
